Day 03 FULL DAY: SIEM REAP ANGKOR TOUR BY REUMORK (B/D)

After your early breakfast and head out with your cameras for a day filled with amazing sights after your early breakfast and head out with your cameras for a day filled with amazing sights and experiences. Today we have a full day exploring Angkor Wat and its surrounding temples on reumork (similar to the Thai ‘tuk-tuk’) following what is known as the ‘short circuit’. Visit South Gate of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. Continue to Bayon Temple in the exact centre of the city. This 12th-century masterpiece is a study in grandeur, its exterior gallery walls featuring extensive, superb bas-reliefs, particularly the East and South Galleries. Next is Ta Prohm Temple, unlike most other Angkor temples, has been left just it was when rediscovered: a photogenic and atmospheric maze of trees growing out of temple ruins amidst jungle surroundings, making it one of Angkor's most popular temples with visitors. In the afternoon, you continue to visit the famous Angkor Wat, built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious centre-first Hindu, then Buddhist-since its foundation. The trip to Pre Rup Temple will reward you with a spectacular sunset over the Angkor Archaeological Park and its surroundings. Tonight, enjoy your dinner with Apsara performance show . Overnight in Siem Reap.
Note: Appropriate attire when visiting temples in Angkor Wat is long pants (covering the knee) and shirts that cover shoulders. Skirts, small shorts, tank tops, and other items of revealing clothing are not allowed within the temple grounds. Visitors can and are frequently turned away from temples when wearing revealing clothing.

Day 04 SIEM REAP –FULL DAY BENG MEALEA & BANTEAY SREY (B)

After Breakfast, leave Siem Reap at 08:00 am, we travel about 60 km east of town on the poor roads through beautiful countryside, we will get Beng Mealea, around 65 km from Siem Reap. After a short walk through the dense jungle, you'll feel like an explorer when entering the completely overgrown temple. Undiscovered for centuries, Beng Mealea has only recently been made accessible and remains unrestored. It is one of the very few temples that actually gives you the opportunity to climb through it, giving a very 'Indian Jones' feel to the experience. Then continue our trip to Banteay Srey. Name as the citadel of the women displays some of the finest examples of classical Khmer art. Built at a time when the Khmer Empire was gaining significant power and territory, the temple was constructed by a Brahmin counsellor under a powerful king, Rajendravarman and later under Jayavarman V.
